It takes a community of dedicated people to make Peaceful Fields Sanctuary what it is.
We could not pursue our mission without the generous support of our volunteers who pledge their time, resources, and energy for the residents.
Interested in joining our Care Team? Attend one of our upcoming Volunteer Orientations to get started! Click here!
Volunteer Orientation is a great way to see behind-the-scenes of sanctuary caregiving & get used to working around farmed animals.
We host Volunteer Orientations on the first Sundays of each month.
If you have any questions; have previously volunteered with us & wish to schedule a recurring volunteer shift; or are part of a group interested in scheduling a private volunteer day, please reach out to us at volunteer@peacefulfieldssanctuary.org!
NOTE: Volunteers must be 12 or older and all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. PFS has an onsite vegan policy, meaning any snacks or food you bring needs to be plant based/vegan. By signing up and attending this Volunteer Orientation, you, or anyone you sign-up on their behalf, agrees to abide by our waiver of liability. Click to read our waiver: PFS Waiver
CORONAVIRUS
Society may be on hold due to COVID-19, but our work for farmed animals in need is not. We are fully committed to our sanctuary residents and our duty to ensure their proper nutrition and care will never be compromised. Many of them have survived cruel treatment and even escaped slaughter. We will not let them down now or ever.
Our all-volunteer Care Team is an integral part of running the Sanctuary. Without our Care Team, we couldn’t care for all the animals who call PFS home. Due to the coronavirus, we have modified our protocols to adhere to the newest recommendations and will take all new and necessary precautions to protect our staff and volunteers while our essential and lifesaving work continues.
